We offer a 14 day returns policy for a full refund, store credit or exchange minus postage as long as the item is returned in its original condition. All items must be sent back via a signed delivery method. Refunds or exchanges will be issued once the item has been received back safely. Returns are at the cost of the buyer. Cancellation or return from our Pre-order Collection involve a non-refundable admin charge of the cost price of the item as these are ordered directly from our supplier.
